EmptyWagons / Transenergy Engineering Solutions does not own vehicles and does not directly provide transportation services.

2. Nature of Service

EmptyWagons only facilitates communication and coordination between customers and independent transport operators.

All transport services are performed solely by independent vehicle owners or operators.

EmptyWagons / Transenergy Engineering Solutions is not a carrier, transport contractor, insurer, or guarantor of goods.

3. Payment Terms

All freight charges are paid directly between the customer and the transporter.

EmptyWagons may charge a separate coordination or service fee, where applicable.

EmptyWagons / Transenergy Engineering Solutions is not responsible for payment disputes between customers and transporters.

4. GST & Taxation

Service or coordination charges collected by EmptyWagons are subject to GST as per prevailing Government of India regulations.

GST invoices for applicable service fees shall be issued by

Transenergy Engineering Solutions (GSTIN: 33BHJPG9503M1Z5).

Transport charges paid directly to independent vehicle operators shall be governed by their respective tax compliance obligations.

Customers are responsible for verifying GST applicability on freight payments made directly to transporters.

5. Responsibility for Goods

The safety, handling, and security of goods remain the responsibility of the customer and the transporter.

Customers must ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation.

EmptyWagons / Transenergy Engineering Solutions shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay, theft, or mishandling of goods.

6. Insurance

EmptyWagons does not provide transit insurance.

Customers must independently arrange insurance if required.

7. Cancellations & Delays

Cancellations after vehicle dispatch may attract charges.

EmptyWagons is not responsible for delays due to traffic, breakdowns, weather, regulatory issues, strikes, or unforeseen events.

8. Dispute Resolution

EmptyWagons will assist in coordination on a best-effort basis in case of disputes.

Final responsibility remains between the customer and transporter.

EmptyWagons / Transenergy Engineering Solutions is not obligated to provide compensation.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate booking details

• Ensure lawful transportation of goods

• Avoid illegal or hazardous items

• Maintain respectful communication

Misuse may result in suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

EmptyWagons / Transenergy Engineering Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Financial loss

• Cargo loss

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the coordination/service fee paid to EmptyWagons.

11. Communication & Data Use

By using our services, users consent to communication via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for operational purposes.

12. Service Availability

Vehicle availability is subject to independent operator availability.

EmptyWagons does not guarantee availability at all times.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using EmptyWagons services, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.
